- Jerked jackfruit, slaw mango salsa, pico and and avocado crema (vegan).
- The Pastor Pork Belly Tacos
- Semi-cured, smoked and braised pork belly in our house made pastor sauce on grilled corn tortillas topped with onions, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice.
- The Tuna Tostada/Taco
- Cold smoked (raw) tuna on a fried gyoza wrapper topped with pickled carrot, daikon, ginger, jalapeno and eel sauce.
- The Lamb Tacos
- Leg of lamb rubbed with our house made Raz El Hanout, lightly smoked then roasted with carrots and onions then shredded on grilled flour tortillas topped with tzatziki and feta.

- Spicy jerked jackfruit mixed with your choice of meat on grilled corn tortillas topped with mango salsa and pico (vegan when ordered without meat).

- Thinly sliced beef short rib that has been lightly smoked and marinated then grilled to order topped with our custom kimchi blend from Scissortail Provisions.
